Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Times Once your order has been dispatched, please allow 7–14 business days for delivery. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and local postal services.

Delays Occasionally, shipments may be delayed due to factors outside our control, such as customs clearance or high-demand periods. If your order has not arrived within 14 business days of dispatch, please contact us and we'll look into it.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.
