Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation sends precisely calibrated electrical pulses through electrode pads directly into the underlying nerves and muscles. At high frequency, it closes the gate to pain signals β producing immediate relief. At low frequency, it triggers involuntary muscle contractions and endorphin release β the body's own analgesic response, deeper and longer-lasting than surface treatment.

Apply electrode pads to either side of the target muscle, following the fibre direction. Start at intensity 1 and increase slowly until you feel a tingly, buzzing sensation β never sharp pain. Run sessions of 20β30 minutes. For best results, use after infrared heat when circulation is already elevated β the electrical stimulus reaches deeper tissue. Never use on the head, chest, or directly over the heart or spine.
